協會簡介 About Us

►緣起 Introduction

臺灣創意經濟產業發展協進會成立於2012年，旨在結合和整合藝術、文化、科技、社科等不同領域的創意元素和資源，推動創意經濟的發展和合作。 協會的願景是希望能建立一個創意經濟的生態系統，讓創意人才、企業、政府和社會共同參與和受益。

協會的工作重點有三個方面：

• 發揮智庫的角色：透過研究、分析和對話，提供創意經濟與永續發展的相關資訊、知識和建議，協助政府制定有利於創意產業發展的政策、策略和措施。
• 多元聯繫的平台：我們透過舉辦各種活動、展覽、研討會和工作坊，提供創意人才、企業和投資者之間的交流、合作和學習的機會，並協助進行創意行銷和公關活動。
• 培育市場需求人才：我們透過教育、培訓和輔導，培育市場所需的創意與永續人才，強化原創設計和商業管理能力，並提升國際競爭力。

此外，協會也十分關注全球永續發展的議題，宣揚節能減碳與ESG的推動與應用，以積極推動聯合國SDGs永續發展目標的實踐。並且於2023年加入聯合國與非政府組織協商關係會議組織（CoNGO, The Conference of NGOs in Consultative Relationship with the United Nations)，希望能與國際社會一起分享我們的經驗和貢獻。

The Taiwan Creative Economy Association (TCEA) was established in 2012 with the aim of combining and integrating creative elements and resources from different fields such as art, culture, technology, and social sciences, and promoting the development and cooperation of the creative economy. TCEA's vision is to build a creative economy ecosystem that allows creative talents, enterprises, government and society to participate and benefit together.

The TCEA's work focuses on three aspects:

• Playing the role of a think tank: Through research, analysis and dialogue, we provide relevant information, knowledge and suggestions on the creative economy and sustainable development, and assist the government in formulating policies, strategies and measures conducive to the development of the creative industries.
• A platform for diverse connections: We organize various activities, exhibitions, seminars and workshops to provide opportunities for exchange, cooperation and learning among creative talents, enterprises and investors, and assist in creative marketing and public relations activities.
• Cultivating market demand talents: We cultivate creative and sustainable talents that meet market needs through education, training and counseling, strengthen original design and business management capabilities, and enhance international competitiveness.

In addition, the association also pays great attention to the issue of global sustainable development, promotes energy conservation, carbon reduction and ESG application, and actively promotes the practice of the United Nations sustainable development goals(SDGs). TECA joined the Conference of NGOs in Consultative Relationship with the United Nations (CoNGO) in 2023, hoping to share our experience and contribution with the international community.

■扮演開創產業新價值的智庫角色，襄助政府研擬與推動創意經濟之發展政策、策略與措施

■營運創業投資暨行銷公關媒合平台

■培育市場所需人才，強化原創設計與商業經營能力

■Improve the communication and collaboration interface between the public and private sectors at home and abroad in order to provide a platform for the integration and benefit of the active cultural and creative industries in the development of the creative economy.

■Play the role of a think-tank to create value for the industry and assist the government in the R & D of policies, strategies, and measures for the creative economy.

■Operate as a networking platform for venture capitals, startups, marketing and public relations.

■Cultivate talents needed by the market, strengthen original design and business management capabilities

■Expand both domestic and foreign member recruitment.

■Assist actively in cultivating talents.

■Provide professional service in system planning, trade information analyzing, intellectual property interchange, counseling, legal consulting etc. for the cultural and creative industries.

■Expand diversified channels to strengthen cooperation among cultural and creative industries and investment ventures, promote the sharing and integration of diversified creativity and innovation resources, and catalyze cross-industry alliances and business match-matching.

■Assist Taiwan in the transformation and structural adjustment of cultural and creative industries, develop and integrate new products and marketing channels, , thereby enhance the international competitiveness of Taiwan’s industry and economy.
